Metrolink train schedules are back on track after mechanical issues

The two Metrolink trains that were canceled last week due to mechanical issues on the Antelope Valley line are back on track starting Monday.

Last week, Metrolink canceled six trainsincluding two on the Antelope Valley line which crosses Santa Clarita, for lack of locomotives.

Metrolink is pleased to announce that service will resume on Monday, August 29 for the following trains:

  • Ventura County Line 100 and 121 Trains
  • Antelope Valley Line trains 202 and 229
  • Trains 381 and 382 of the San Bernardino line

“These six weekday trains were canceled from Tuesday to (Monday) due to mechanical issues with our locomotives,” Metrolink officials said.
