We are a product adoption platform with paying customers around the world, we are invested and growing rapidly. Our platform allows companies to create user onboarding flows without any coding. Our customers are SaaS companies and use Product Fruits to improve their user onboarding, conversion and retention.

Your role is to help users adopt our Fruits Product. Provide them with advice and guidance on how best to use our toolset.

This requires conducting online demos and implementation workshops, as well as follow-up to take customers to the next step in their buying journey.

You will NOT do prospecting or cold calling. Your job is to serve incoming leads.

You will communicate with customers through a variety of channels – email, phone, video call, chat, LinkedIn, Whatsapp…whatever the customer prefers.

Ideally, you will be someone with team leader potential to help us build a Customer Success department from the ground up and become its leader. This is not a requirement, however.

Who are we looking for?

  • You must have excellent English; we serve a global market. Other languages ​​are a big plus; Czech is not required.

  • You are approachable and communicative. You can adapt your communication style to different people – from tech-savvy developers to customer-facing users without any technical knowledge.

  • You are patient and empathetic and really enjoy helping people.

  • You are a curious person – interested in understanding how things work and always looking for a solution, hack or workaround.


  • Passion for technology. You won’t be programming, but you should be familiar with the basics of HTML, CSS, and JS.

  • Planning and prioritization skills. You will be required to manage many transactions. If you’re not organized, things will slip through the cracks.

  • Organized. You understand why it’s important to keep track of every conversation, like demo notes, as well as agree on next steps. We use HubSpot for this.

  • Results oriented. We’re a startup, which means every team member has to deliver. There is no hiding behind corporate structures. On the other hand, you will have a significant impact on the results of our business and, more importantly, on the success of our customers.

  • Basic writing skills. You’re not expected to be a copywriter, but you’ll need to be able to create an email that has a structure that the client can follow or create a presentation that the manager will be happy to pass on to their boss.
